Heat Pumps Installed and Operational

From Foreclosure To Green Home: The Bridgton, Maine Project

The outdoor units are mounted on the side of the house. One indoor unit is placed at one end of the downstairs living room, the other at the upstairs landing area.

Maine and the entire northeast experienced a very severe winter. However, these two heat pumps were able to keep Tom’s crew very comfortable while they work on the interior of the house. We are pleased to confirm that the sizing calculation that called for two small units. It is also a confirmation that we are doing a good job making the house tight and well insulated.
