A good way to treat indoor air

Getting air from open windows and doors is a good thing, weather permitting. If the incoming air is too hot or too cold, it can hurt your heating or cooling efficiency. A heat recovering ventilation system can help.
Air fresheners should be avoided. They don't provide fresh air. They just mask odor by providing a different smell. Chemicals are used to make the "pleasant" smell or added to vaporize it.

Very nice topic and discussion about that topic, In my opinion, Getting air from open windows and doors is a good thing, weather permitting. You can see that in European countries all the doors and windows are made of wood. If the incoming air is too hot or too cold, it can hurt your heating or cooling efficiency. It is from my side.

It will be advisable if you are going to keep the rooms open. This way, you can allow the fresh air to come in.

Hi Sustained,

Indoor allergens and irritants have become much more important in recent decades because we're spending more time indoors. The followings are the best ways to improve your home air quality, Keep your floors fresh, Keep a healthy level of humidity, Make your home a no-smoking zone, Test for radon, Smell good naturally.
