Getting air from open windows and doors is a good thing, weather permitting. If the incoming air is too hot or too cold, it can hurt your heating or cooling efficiency. A heat recovering ventilation system can help.
Air fresheners should be avoided. They don't provide fresh air. They just mask odor by providing a different smell. Chemicals are used to make the "pleasant" smell or added to vaporize it.

Very nice topic and discussion about that topic, In my opinion, Getting air from open windows and doors is a good thing, weather permitting. You can see that in European countries all the doors and windows are made of wood. If the incoming air is too hot or too cold, it can hurt your heating or cooling efficiency. It is from my side.

It will be advisable if you are going to keep the rooms open. This way, you can allow the fresh air to come in. :lol:

Yeah it is one of the biggest issue in today world about the fresh air and if anyone who gets fresh air the challenge comes is how he/she should treat the fresh air to get benefits from it.
