encapsulant producer STR Holdings has been de-listed from the NYSE, due to non-compliance with the US$15 million average global market capitalization requirement.
The company received the de-listing notice in August and STR Holdings is now trading on the OTC Pink Marketplace to add to its woes.
In January, 2015 the company undertook a reverse stock split to regain compliance with another rule, the minimum US$1.0 stock price.
The company has reported a net loss of US$5.9 million in the first half of 2015.
China-based PV project developer Zhenfa Energy Group acquired STR in 2014.
