aluminum window shutters handle hot and cold weather?

I am planning to buy aluminum window sliding because it's aluminum so it gets hotter and colder. Is this true? Not that I want to side my whole house right now with vinyl.

No idea about aluminium window shutters, but for protecting my home in cold weather or during natural disasters like hurricane or storm my neighbor has recommended me to install the which gives protection from all sorts of weather. During the fall we need to stay warm in our home so I am planning to install those windows.

Aluminum is good, it requires much less maintenance.
