SolarEdge model for 10kw system?

All the proposals I'm currently looking at are for 28-33 panel systems between 9.3kw and 10.7kw include a SolarEdge inverter. All of them but one are proposing using a SE 10000A-US.
One of the 9.3kw proposals include a SolarEdge 7600w inverter which seems like it will limit my output.
Does that sound accurate? I'm surprised only one installer has mentioned this. What would be the max total name plate panel wattage you would put to a SolarEdge 7600?
