From Foreclosure To Green Home: The Bridgton, Maine Project

The interior work is also taking shape.

Windows and doors trims are in place, baseboards are installed. Tubs, tiles, toilets are in upstairs bathrooms. A cast iron tub is installed in the master bath.

Bullnose (rounded) wall corners are used throughout the house. Custom shelving is added on the side of the staircase. Shelves with rollers also acting as a secret door to the basement/crawlspace is installed. Cork flooring, a healthy, sustainable and durable and sustainable material, is used in all public areas and carpeting in other rooms. New six panel doors and new hardware are up.

Painting is complete with low VOC paints. New receptacles, new switches and covers are installed. New lighting and plumbing fixtures are all installed!
